Mind Body Spirit

The human consists of three bodies: The spirit body, energy body, and physical body. Danjeon, the major energy centers, control these three bodies and are located in these three places of the human body.

Spirit

Upper energy center : Located where extended lines through the frontal lobe and the crown chakra meet inside the brain. It controls the spirit.

Mind

Middle energy center : Located between the back and the middle of the chest and controls the mind.

Body

Lower energy center : Located in between the abdomen and the lower back and controls the physical body.
